GM Diet For Rapid Weight Loss!

This top diet comes as a week long diet plan but you cannot do this continuously. Usually once in a month is recommended but get your doctor's advice for your unique health condition.
GM Diet Plan:
1. Day One: On the first day of this diet you are supposes to have nothing but fruits. Other than bananas which are fattening you can have any and as many fruits as you want. Fruits are a complete food that has every nutrient that your body requires including a very high water content. (P.S. Always include melons because they are filling and have high water content)
2. Day Two: On the second day you can have a combination of fruits and vegetables of your choice but you have potatoes for the first meal of the day. That will fulfill your body's craving for carbohydrates and give you energy all day long. Again no bananas.
3. Day Three: The third day is a day when you will start burning stored fats for energy because today you will eat a combination of fruits and vegetables but no potatoes so there is no readily available source of energy. All you get is a huge fibre content from the fruits and vegetables.
4. Day Four: Surprise! Surprise! The fourth day is banana day. You will be having 3 glasses of milk with as many bananas as you can have. This is to restore the nutrient balance in your body after the strict diet of the last day. GM diet is one of the best diets for weight loss purely because of this beautifully struck balance.
5. Day Five: This is the first time you will taste meat in 4 days but the experience will be soured by the presence of tomatoes. You have to eat 6 tomatoes on the fifth day along with 2 portions of lean chicken. No puree, eat the tomatoes raw if you can to get all the anti oxidants to cleanse your system.
6. Day Six: It is finally chicken day. You can eat chicken with vegetables but do not use more than 1 tablespoon of oil (olive oil). It will put some prosperous and iron back into your body to give you strength.
7. Day Seven: This is your first step for moving towards normalcy. You can treat yourself to some fibrous carbs like brown rice or bread along with chicken.
