4. Day Four: Surprise! Surprise! The fourth day is banana day. You will be having 3 glasses of milk with as many bananas as you can have. This is to restore the nutrient balance in your body after the strict diet of the last day. GM diet is one of the best diets for weight loss purely because of this beautifully struck balance.

5. Day Five: This is the first time you will taste meat in 4 days but the experience will be soured by the presence of tomatoes. You have to eat 6 tomatoes on the fifth day along with 2 portions of lean chicken. No puree, eat the tomatoes raw if you can to get all the anti oxidants to cleanse your system.

6. Day Six: It is finally chicken day. You can eat chicken with vegetables but do not use more than 1 tablespoon of oil (olive oil). It will put some prosperous and iron back into your body to give you strength.

7. Day Seven: This is your first step for moving towards normalcy. You can treat yourself to some fibrous carbs like brown rice or bread along with chicken.
