Facial Exercises To Reshape & Lift Nose
Facial exercises to reshape nose:
1. Yoga is one of the best exercises to shape the nose. Breathing exercise can make the wide nose appear narrower. Sit straight and use your right thumb on the right nostril. Breathe with your left nostril and count till 4. Hold the breath and count till 4. Now breathe out and count till 6. Repeat with left nostril and do this breathing exercise for 15-20 minutes. It is good to do nostril breathing exercise regularly to sculpt the nose and also relax your mind.
2. You can pinch the nose gently to make it sharp and lift it. Hold the nostrils with thumb on one side and index finger on another. Gently squeeze or pinch the nose and do this exercise for 4-5 minutes everyday.
3. Facial massage is one of the most common ways to reshape nose and modify its shape. Use few drops of essential oil such as (lavender, jasmine) and massage on the nose. Cover from the nostrils and gently pinch the nose ends.
4. Put middle fingers on the corner of the eyes and ring fingers just below them. Now wrinkle the nose till you feel tension in the nose muscles. Gently rub the wrinkles with the fingers without leaving the wrinkled nose muscles. Relax and repeat it 8-10 times.
5. Making pouts also helps squat the nose and reduce cheek muscles. Make a pout and hold it for few seconds (15-20 seconds). Relax the cheek muscles and then again repeat for 10-20 times.
6. Stretch the facial skin with your index and middle fingers towards the ears. Now make a pout on your lips and hold it. Repeat on the other side of the face. Do this facial exercise regularly to reshape nose.
Try these facial exercises to reshape the nose and make it look beautiful. These exercises tighten flabby facial muscles and prevents the chances of getting wrinkles on the nose.
