Matar Paneer: Navratri Recipe

Matar paneer, Navratri recipe:
Ingredients
500 gms paneer
one cup boiled green peas
1 onion grated or chopped
2 tomatoes finely chopped
ginger and green chilli paste
turmeric, coriander and red chilli powder
kasturi methi
garam masala
cumin seeds
salt
malai
Directions to make Matar paneer, Navratri recipe:
1. Cut paneer into small cubes. Heat oil in a pan and fry them till uit becomes golden brown. Keep them in paper to remove excess oil.
2. Heat 2-4 tsp oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When the seeds start cracking, add grated onion and mix. After few seconds, add ginger and chilli paste. Follow with salt and turmeric powder.
3. Now add chopped tomatoe and mix well. Add red chilli powder, kasturi methi and garam masala. Add little water and then put boiled green peas. Cook for 3-4 minutes and then add paneer cubes.
4. Add malai and then cook for 2-3 minutes till the water thickens.
Matar paneer, Navratri recipe is ready to eat.
