Neem Rice Recipe - Ugadi Recipe
Ingredients:
1. 1 bowl rice (boiled)
2. A bunch of neem flowers (sundried)
3. 2-3 tsp of ghee
4. ' groundnuts
5. ' tsp pepper powder
6. ' tsp mustard seeds
7. ' tsp cumin seeds
8. ' tsp urad dal
9. ' tsp gram dal
10. Salt as per taste
Neem Rice Preparation:
1.Fry mustard, cumin, urad dal, gram dal, neem flowers and groundnuts with a teaspoon of oil.
2.Mix all the above ingredients with rice and your neem rice recipe is ready.
Enjoy the tasty ugadi recipe as the neem will not be as bitter as the leaves and is the best anti fungal, anti viral, anti bacterial, anti parasitic. Nothing can beat “neem" when it comes to medicinal properties. Try it.
