Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup methi leaves (finely chopped, fried in oil)
  2. 1 cup Potatoes (quartered)
  3. 1 cup capsicum (chopped, fried in oil until brown)
  4. 1 cup double beans (optional)
  5. 2 1/2 cups rice
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp chili powder
  8. 1 tsp garam masala powder

For Masala:

  1. 1 cumin seeds
  2. Pinch of ajwain
  3. 1 cinnamon
  4. ' garlic
  5. 1 pulao leaf
  6. ' cup coriander
  7. ' cup cashews
  8. 1 tsp oil

How To Make Methi Aloo Pulao?

1. Fry the masala in a teaspoon of oil and grind it into paste.

2. Add the ground paste, chopped vegetables, salt to rice and pressure cook for 15 mins. healthy methi aloo pulao is ready to relish. (Or the ground paste can be sandwiched between the boiled vegetable rice before serving).
