Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup methi leaves (finely chopped, fried in oil)
  2. 1 cup Potatoes (quartered)
  3. 1 cup capsicum (chopped, fried in oil until brown)
  4. 1 cup double beans (optional)
  5. 2 1/2 cups rice
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp chili powder
  8. 1 tsp garam masala powder

For Masala:

  1. 1 cumin seeds
  2. Pinch of ajwain
  3. 1 cinnamon
  4. ' garlic
  5. 1 pulao leaf
  6. ' cup coriander
  7. ' cup cashews
  8. 1 tsp oil

How To Make Methi Aloo Pulao?

1. Fry the masala in a teaspoon of oil and grind it into paste.
