Serves: 3
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes

All you need
Cooked rice- 2 cups
Eggs- 2
Onions- 2 (chopped)
Garlic- 4 pods (chopped)
Tomatoes- 2 (chopped)
Green chillies- 2 (chopped)
Fresh green peas- 1/4 cup
Turmeric powder- 1/2tsp
Red chilli powder- 1tsp
Black pepper powder- 1tsp
Garam masala powder- 1tsp
Roasted sesame seeds- 1tbsp
Salt- as per taste
Oil- 2tbsp

Procedure
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions till they turn golden brown.
2. Then, add the chopped garlic and fry for a few seconds.
3. Break the eggs carefully and add it to the pan. Keep mixing till the eggs are properly cooked.
4. Add salt, black pepper, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, green chillies, tomatoes, green peas and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
5. Now, add the rice and mix well. Add garam masala powder and mix well.
6. Once done, switch off the flame and sprinkle the roasted sesame seeds over the rice. Serve hot.

Egg pulao is ready to be served. You can have it with or without a curry as well.

This egg pulao is healthy as it does not contain too much of calories. It is a complete meal with good amounts of iron, protein and other nutrients. A plate of this delicious egg pulao is rich in Vitamin A and C as well.
