1. 1 cup carrots (chopped)
2. 1 cup beans (chopped)
3. 1 cup capsicum (chopped, fried in oil until brown)

5. 2 1/2 cups rice
6. Salt to taste

1. 4-5 green chilies
2. 1 clove
3. 1 cardamom
4. ' onion
5. 1 pulao leaf
6. ' cup coriander
7. ' cup mint leaves
8. ' cup coconut (grated)
9. 1 tsp oil

How To Make Easy Vegetable Pulao?

1. Fry the masala in a teaspoon of oil and grind it into paste.
