Jowar Roti Recipe For Tasty And Healthy Roti Meal

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups Jowar Flour (Corn Flour)
  2. 21/2 cups water
  3. Salt (optional)

Making Jowar Roti

  1. To the boiling water, add the sifted jowar flour and stir well until it is soft dough (just like ragi balls).
  2. After the dough cools, make balls of the dough.
  3. On a butter paper, roll the dough circularly.
  4. Heat the tava and fry the roti well on both sides. Tasty jowar ready is ready.

Enjoy the jowar / jolada roti hot with butter and curry. A slice of onion and chili will make the meal more spicy.
