Karnataka is famous for different type of dosas and one of its kind is the "Ade Dosa Recipe". Ade dosa is very nutritious as it is prepared with different type of dals. The dosa is best with butter and ghee and doesn't even require any curry as side dish. Take a look at how prepare the tasty Ade dosa recipe.

Ade Dosa Recipe -

Ingredients:

1. 1 cup rice

2. 1/2 cup toor dal

3. 1/2 cup black gram dal

4. 1/2 cup bengal gram dal

5. 4 green chillies

6. 3-4 black pepper

7. Red chillies

8. 1/2 cup Ash gourd (soft pulp)

9. 1/4 curry leaves

10. 1/2 cup coconut (grated)

11. 1 tbsp coriander (chopped)

12. Pinch of Asafeotida

13. Salt to taste

14. Oil for roasting

Preparation:

1. Soak rice and dals together for at least 6 hours.

2. Grind to a thick batter with all the above ingredients except oil.

3. Spread the batter on the heat pan (circular shape). Add a little oil to roast the dosa.

4. Cook until golden brown by flipping both the sides of the dosa. Tasty dosa ready to serve.

Enjoy the hot ade dosa with butter or ghee and surprise your family with different varieties of dosa.
