Tofu Manchurian recipe is made with a great combination of mixed vegetables along with broken wheat. This manchurian recipe is of Chinese style with a tangy taste.

Herb Fried Rice Recipe For Better Health
All You Need
For Fritters:
- Tofu - 150 gms
- Broken wheat - ½ cup
- Vegetable Mix - 1 cup
- Garlic - 2tsp (chopped)
- Oil - 4 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder- 1 tsp
- Salt To Taste
For Gravy:
- Corn Flour - 3 tsp
- Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
- Vegetable Mix - 1 cup
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder- 1 tsp
- Salt To Taste
Procedure:
- Add tofu to boiling water along with a pinch of salt. Cook it for a while until it turns soft.
- Cool it and mix it along with vegetable mix, broken wheat, garlic pieces, chilli powder, and salt.
- Keep kneading it for a while and shape the fritters into patties shape.
- Shallow fry these patties in a pan.
- In a pot add oil and saute ginger-garlic paste along with salt, pepper and soy sauce.
- Add a cup of water to this and boil.
- With constant stirring add the cornflour mixture and boil it until it turns thick.
- Add all the ingredients from the pan to the cornflour mixture and cook it for 5 mins.
- Dip the tofu manchurian fritters to the pot and add vinegar. Cook for 2 mins.
- Serve it hot.
Nutritional Tip: This recipe contains veggies and broken wheat which are very healthy and nutritious.
Tip: You can add oats instead of broken wheat for a different taste.
