Delicious Soya Cheese Kebab!
Are you tired and bored of eating regular vegetarian food? Well, we here to add a little tadka to your vegetarian menu.
Lets make a veg dish with a non veg taste! Confused? Worry not, as we at Boldsky, are here to share Soya cheese kebab recipe which is to be prepared in a unique style.
Ramzan Special: Yummy Breaded Sandwich
We chose soya chunks as they are made from soy beans which work well as a meat substitute. Its nutritional value is similar to that of meat and is a great source of protien.
This soya cheese kebab recipe has an authentic taste which will make you relish every bit you eat. Enjoy this easy to make recipe and treat your loved ones with some real good food.

Serves: 3
Cooking time: 15 mins
Preparation time: 20 mins
All you need:
- Butter - 50 gms
- Soya chunk - 250 gms
- Grated Cheese 180 gms
- Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
- White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour- 10 gms
- Fresh Milk Cream - 150 ml
- Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Roasted Onion - 100 gms
- Coriander Leaves 10 gms
- Green Chillies - 4
- Capsicum - 1
- Salt to taste
Classic Cheese Omelette For Breakfast
Procedure:
- First boil the soya chunks in plain water and drain it out.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, white pepper powder, cardamom powder and salt in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the boiled soya chunks to the mixture you have made.
- Keep it aside to marinate for around 15 mins.
- Add some grated cheese in a bowl and mix it well using your hand so that there are no lumps in it.
- Add some fresh milk cream, cornflour and salt to the cheese mixture and mix all the ingredients well.
- Ensure there are no lumps in the process.
- Grind a paste of coriander leaves, roasted onion and green chillies.
- Add this paste to the cheese mixture and blend it well.
- Add the marinated soya in the cheese mixture.
- Make sure that all the soya pieces are well coated with the cheese mixture.
- Separate the mixture into small bits and give them the shape of kebabs.
- Use a frying pan and heat one tsp of butter.
- Place the kebabs on the pan and fry for 3-4 mins.
- Arrange the kebabs on a serving plate, and serve hot.
- Garnish it with fried onions and capsicum.
Nutritional Tip: Soya chunks are highly nutritious and are full of rich proteins.
Tip: Relish this dish with some mayonnaise sauce.
