Indulging yourself in heavy meals during this Ramzan season is unavoidable. But drooling over it is a must specially when you have been fasting the entire day. Most of us love to eat sandwiches. Today we are here to share a quick and easy to make Ramzan special recipe: Yummy breaded sandwiches.
After an all day long fast your body craves for good food. What better way to satisfy this craving with some yummy breaded sandwiches that will hardly take a few minutes of your busy schedule during this Ramadan 2015.
Rajma Sandwich Recipe For Breakfast
Grilled, baked or steamed chicken sandwich are excellent options for snacks or even a full meal. You must have some foods that are nutritious, low in calories and at the same time filling.

You Will Need
- Sliced Bread - 6 slices
- Egg - 1
- Bread crumbs - 50 gms
Quick Meetha Samosa Recipe For Iftar
For the Filling
- Chicken sausage - 150 gms
- Chicken Breast Pieces - 150 gms
- Tomatoes - 1 (sliced)
- Shredded Lettuce
- Mayonnaise
Procedure
- Cut the bread slices into two halves.
- Shred some chicken sausage and breast pieces.
- Spread some mayo sauce on the slices of bread.
- Layer it with the shredded chicken bits, some tomato pieces and lettuce.
- After adding all the ingredients, press it down for a while as it makes the next step easier.
- Dip the sandwich in beaten egg and roll the sandwich in a plate filled with breadcrumbs.
- Ensure to cover all the sides of the sandwich with breadcrumbs.
- Fry it in a pan with a little butter until it turns golden-brown.
Nutritional Tip: Chicken is good for weight loss. All the ingredients in this sandwich will provide you with sufficient energy.
Tip: Can be baked or deep-fried as well.
