Breakfast Recipe Of Cheese Omelette

Serves: 2

Preparation Time : 10 minutes

You Will Need

  • Eggs- 4
  • Bread - 6 slices ( toast)
  • Cheddar cheese - 2 tbsp (grated)
  • Capsicum - 3 tbsp (chopped)
  • Carrot -2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Coriander -1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Green chillies -1 (sliced)
  • Black pepper-1 tsp
  • Milk-3 tbsp
  • Oil- 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Procedure :

  1. Add all the ingredients and beat until it turns yellow in colour.
  2. Heat some oil/butter in a pan and add the omelette mixture. Spread it evenly on the pan..
  3. Sprinkle the grated cheese on the omelette mixture and allow it to cook it on a low flame.
  4. Close the pan with a lid.
  5. Flip the cheese omlette to the other side and let it cook for a minute or two - until there is no uncooked mixture left.
  6. Wait for the cheese omelette to turn golden brown in colour.
  7. Switch the flame off. Gently transfer the cooked omelette onto your plate. Serve with sandwich buttered toast
