When we think of some weight loss recipes, one ingredient that comes to mind is, oats. A lot of people including working professionals prefer to eat oats for breakfast. It is light, low in calories and filling as well. Most important, oats are healthy and has many nutritional benefits.
However, there are many working people who have oatmeal for dinner as they are light and easy to digest as well. E all know the basic oatmeal recipe which is prepared by pouring it hot milk. To make your weight loss recipe all the more delicious and healthy, Boldsky has decided to add more ingredients. Oatmeal With Fruits: Weight Loss Recipe

Ingredients
- Oats- 1 cup
- Strawberries- 4-5 (sliced or cut into 4 halves)
- Apple- 1 (chopped)
- Banana- 1 (chopped)
- Almonds- a handful
- Walnuts- 3-4
- Raisins- 1tsp
- Sugar 1tsp
- Milk- 1 cup
Procedure
- In a deep bottomed pan, boil the milk and add sugar.
- Stir till the sugar dissolves. Now add the oats.Stirl and boil for aout 4 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients namely, strawberries, apple, banana and mix well,
- Garnish with walnuts, raisins and almonds.
The oatmeal with fruits is ready to eat. Serve it immediately.
