Mushroom-Peas Paratha For Breakfast
This morning lets try out something healthy and vegetarian! The mushroom and peas paratha is one of the best combination you can have for your breakfast. Mushroom becomes extremely delicious and tasty when you add a list of Indian spices to it. It is also a healthy ingredient for those who are on a weight loss program, as it contains very small amount of calories.
This mushroom and peas paratha recipe for breakfast is easy to make and best for working women as it is hardly time consuming. It is a delicious recipe to try out this morning.

Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- Wheat flour- 2 cups
- Mushrooms- ½ cup (chopped)
- Paneer- 5tbsp (crumbled)
- Green peas- 3tbsp (boiled)
- Green chillies- 2tsp (grated)
- Ginger- 1tsp (grated)
- Curd- ½ cup
- Salt- as per taste
- Water- 3/4th cup (for kneading)
Method
- You first need to prepare the dough out of wheat flour using a correct proportion of water. Make the dough a little soft and keep it aside.
- When the dough become a little tight, add in the chopped mushroom, grated chillies and ginger to the dough. Knead the dough together and mix all the ingredients well.
- Now add in the curd, green peas, paneer and salt to the dough. Knead the ingredients well.
- When the dough is ready with all the added ingredients, roll out the dough to make a round shape.
- When the shape is ready, take a frying pan and make it hot on a medium flame.
- When the frying pan is hot, pour a drop of oil on the pan and place the paratha on the pan. Fry the paratha till it turns golden-brown in colour.
- Then flip the paratha on the other side and repeat the process.
- After the paratha is cooked on both sides, serve it on a plate.
Your mushroom and peas paratha is now ready to eat. Enjoy this with ketchup of your choice.
