Khara Haalu Baayi, Tasty Cake With Coconut

Khara Haalu Baayi Recipe -
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice (soaked for 20 mins)
- 1 1/2 cup of water
- 1 cup coconut (grated)
- 1 cup butter milk
- Pinch of asafoetida
- 5-6 curry leaves
- 1 tsp chopped green chillies
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- ' tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil
Cake With Coconut Preparation -
1. Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
2. Add the batter into the idle pan and presure cook until the cake with coconut thickens. Leave aside to cool.
3. Once the recipe cools, cut them into squares and add a teaspoon of homemade butter. Tasty cake with coconut is ready.
