Batani Akki Roti Recipe – Nutritious Akki Roti For Monsoon

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup peas (boiled)
  2. 2 cups rice flour (sifted)
  3. ' cup carrots (grated)
  4. ' cup capsicum (finely chopped)
  5. ' cup fresh coconut (grated)
  6. 1 tsp ginger (grated)
  7. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  8. 4-5 green chilies (chopped)
  9. Coriander (chopped)
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil (optional)
  12. Butter (garnish)

Peas Rice Roti Preparation:

  1. To the boiling water add all the vegetables and spices.
  2. Stir in rice flour and leave it aside to cool.
  3. Make balls of the mixture and spread it evenly on a pan.
  4. Fry the roti with a teaspoon of oil until golden brown. Tasty Batani Akki Roti is ready.

Serve the roti hot with a piece of butter and with any spicy vegetarian or non vegetarian curries.
