Banana & Peanut Butter Milkshake Recipe For Weight Loss
If you are on a weight loss program and worried about what you eat, then you should try this banana and peanut butter milkshake for breakfast.
Your breakfast is the most important meal of the day and when on a weight loss, it should not be skipped. Skipping a meal when you are wanting to lose weight will only make you feel tired. This banana and peanut butter milkshake for weight loss will also make your tummy full since banana is high in proteins and good carbs.
Here is the banana and peanut butter milkshake recipe for weight loss. Consuming this milkshake during breakfast is much healthier than breads and salads too.

Serves: 1
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- Banana - 1 (cut into slices)
- Peanut Butter - 3 tbsp
- Milk - 1 cup (skimmed milk)
- Ice - 4 cubes
- Protein Powder - 1 tbsp
Procedure
- Pour in a little milk into the mixer and add to the mixer the cut bananas.
- Now blend the mixture for about 2 seconds, till the banana is smooth to touch.
- Add to the mixture, the peanut butter, a little milk and the ice cubes. Now grind these ingredients together until the cubes are one with the shake.
- Open the grinder and add to the shake, the protein powder. Blend for 2 seconds. Add more milk if the contents are thick.
Your weight loss banana and peanut butter milkshake is now ready. If you want to stay away from cold items, minus the ice cubes!
