Carrot Tofu Burfi Recipe – Yummy Carrot Delight!

Ingredients:

  1. 4 cups carrots (grated)
  2. 1 10 ounce package Tofu (firm)
  3. ' cup cashews
  4. 1 cup sugar
  5. 8-10 cardamom pods (powdered)
  6. ' tsp nutmeg
  7. Silver foil

How To Make Carrot Tofu Burfi?

1. Cook the grated carrots for at least 10 minutes in microwave.
2. Grind cashews into powder and mix with tofu until thick paste.
3. Add the steamed carrots, cashew paste and sugar in a pan, stir well.
4. Once the mixture starts to froth add cardamom and nutmeg.
5. Transfer the contents of the pan to the greased plate, spread on the plate and cut into squares. Leave aside to cool. Tasty carrot tofu burfi is ready.

Garnish the yummy sweet dish with silver foil.
