You
will
need
:-
250
ml
of
double
cream
250
ml
of
sour
cream
150
gm
of
cream
cheese
3
tsps
of
fresh
lemon
juice
¾
cup
of
granulated
sugar
¼
tsps
of
vanilla
extract
50
gms
of
grated
milk
chocolate
Directions :-
- First you have to place the cream cheese into a mixing bowl and beat until it turns soft and smooth.
- Add in the sugar to the cream cheese and beat in the sour cream followed by the double cream.
- Now add in the vanilla extract and the lemon juice .
- Mix it well until it becomes thick and smooth.
- Cover the mixture and keep it in the refrigerator for about 2 to 3 hours.
- After that, take out the chilled mixture from the refrigerator and beat it well until it gets creamy.
- Now transfer it into the ice cream maker or a blender and beat it for a while.
Your ice cream is now ready to eat, so grab your ice cream bowl and a spoon and have a delicious cheesy ice cream treat. Top with the grated milk chocolate.
