Poppy Seed Biscuits Recipe – Pressure Cooker Baked

Ingredients:

  1. ' cup poppy seeds
  2. 1 ' maida
  3. 2 tbsp butter
  4. 3/4 cup sugar
  5. ' tsp baking powder
  6. pinch of salt
  7. Cardamom powder

Poppy Seed Biscuit Preparation:

  1. Fry poppy seeds dry. Grind it into fine powder.
  2. Mix poppy powder with maida and baking powder.
  3. Beat butter and sugar well.
  4. Add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture and whisk well into soft dough.
  5. Cut the dough into squares or any shape of choice.
  6. In a cooker pan, arrange the pieces and pressure bake for 5-10 minutes without the weight. Leave it aside to cool.

Tasty poppy seed biscuits (poppy seed cookies) are ready to serve, this recipe serves 4-5 cookies. You can also sprinkle the fried seeds while serving.
