Molten chocolate cake, though it sounds difficult is a really easy Valentine's day recipe to try, even for first timers. So go ahead and happy cooking.

Ingredients For Molten Chocolate Cake:

1. Milk chocolate 1 bar
2. Butter 100 grams
3. Flour 200 grams
4. Eggs 2
5. Fine sugar 4 tablespoons
6. Vanilla essence 2 drops

Procedure To Make Molten Chocolate Cake:

  • Take 80 percent of the flour and 2 tablespoons of butter and whip it together until it is totally uniform. Keep this aside.
  • Now boil water in a large pan inside which you need to keep a second pan. But the rest of the butter and the bar of chocolate in this smaller pan to melt.
  • This method of broiling protects the chocolate from the direct heat of the flame.
  • Meanwhile beat the sugar and the eggs together so that they form an uniform brownish liquid.
  • Now pour the molten butter chocolate into the eggs and beat it together. When it is has a good consistency add the flour and butter mixture; whip it. Pour 2 drops of vanilla essence.
  • Grease a few ramekin bowls (small round bowls in this case oven proof) and pour this batter into them. You need to bake these for 6-8 minutes in an oven preheated 350 degrees. This will leave the centre tender and molten chocolate will burst out from them.
