Chocolate Caramel Candies – Christmas Recipe

Chocolate Caramel Candies Recipe – Christmas recipe
Ingredients:
1.2 cups milk chocolate chips
2.1 cup butterscotch chips
3.1 cup peanut butter
4.1/4 cup butter (melted)
5.1 cup sugar
6.1/4 cup dehydrated milk
7.1 1/2 cups marshmallow cream
8.1 tsp vanilla extract
9.1 1/2 cups peanuts (salted and chopped)
10.350 g caramels
11.1/4 cup whipping cream
Method:
1.Lightly grease the base of a pan.
2.At first, for the base layer, mix a cup of milk chocolate chips, 1/2 cup butterscotch chips and 1/2 cup peanut butter in a saucepan. Keep stirring continuously on simmer until smooth. Spread the mixture on the base of the greased pan. Refrigerate for a hour to set.
3.For the filling, add melted butter with sugar and dehydrated milk and heat it in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring the mixture to boil and remove from heat.
4.Add marshmallow cream, peanut butter, and vanilla extract to the boiled mixture. Add peanuts or pecans and spread over the base layer. Refrigerate until set.
5.For the caramel layer, add caramels and cream in a pan and heat the mixture until smooth. Spread over the top of the filling layer and refrigerate to set.
6.For the frosting layer, repeat the procedure of the base layer and pour the mixture on the caramel layer. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Cut into any shape of choice and store it in a refrigerator. Tasty chocolate caramel candies recipe ready to serve.
