Thupa: Tibetan Tomato Soup Recipe

This tomato soup was originally a Tibetan recipe. But now it has become popular in the northern states that share borders with Tibet.
Ingredients For Thupa Tomato Soup:
1 cup tomato (tamatar) puree
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 cup noodles (salted boiled)
1 tsp sugar
4 tsp fresh cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 green chilly (chopped)
Procedure To Make Thupa:
Boil the noodles with a spoonful of salt and keep it aside.
Boil about 3 cups of water in a deep bottomed pan.
When the water bubbles, add tomato puree and ginger garlic paste to it. You can also add green chillies.
Stir it and let the mixture boil for 5-7 minutes.
Add salt and pepper as per your taste.
Once the tomato soup starts gaining some consistency, add the noodles and top it up with fresh cream
Your thupa is ready to serve. Have it with fresh bread or cutlets.
