The Tasty Shrimp Soup Of Brazil
Here is a mouth watering sea food soup recipe that will make you drool.

you
will
need:-

lbs
medium
sized
shrimps,
peeled
and
cut
¾
cup
of
long-grain
rice
1
cup
of
unsweetened
coconut
milk
1
¾
cups
crushed
tomatoes
1
red
chopped
bell
pepper
1
chopped
onion
'
tsp.
red
pepper
flakes
3
minced
cloves
garlic
2
tbsp
of
olive
oil
1
tbsp.
freshly
squeezed
lemon
juice
'
cup
cilantro,
chopped
¼
tsp.
black
pepper
1
¾
tsp
salt
to
taste
5
cups
water
Start
Cooking:-
First
you
start
off
by
heating
the
olive
oil
in
a
small
pan
or
a
deep
dish
on
a
low
flame.
Now
add
in
the
onions
,
the
bell
pepper
and
the
garlic
and
cook
it
for
about
7
to
8
minutes
until
the
vegetables
are
cooked
properly.
Now
add
in
the
long
grain
rice,
the
crushed
tomatoes
,
the
red
pepper
flakes,
salt
and
water
to
boil.
Now
under
a
medium
flame,
boil
for
about
10
to
15
minutes
till
the
rice
is
boiled.
Pour
in
the
coconut
milk
,
and
after
a
boil
add
in
the
shrimp
to
the
mixture.
Keep
under
the
low
flame
for
about
5
to
6
minutes
so
that
the
shrimp
is
well
boiled.
Now
add
in
the
pepper,
cilantro
and
the
lemon
juice.
