Two Ways To Make Sugarcane Juice:

Sugarcane Juice/Sherbet

Ingredients

  • Sugarcane- 3-4 cups
  • Ginger- 1 inch (peeled)
  • Lemon- ½
  • Sugar- 2tsp

Procedure

  • In a shallow container, combine all the ingredients and mix with a spoon. Leave for 5 minutes and mix again. The sugar will dissolve.
  • Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Once done, take the the container out and blend using little water.
  • When the juice looks slushy and grounded, pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Sugarcane Juice With Pomegranate:

Ingredients

  • Sugarcane- 2 cups
  • Pomegranate seeds- 1 cup
  • Lemon juice- 1tbsp

Procedure

  • Ground sugarcane in a juicer using little water.
  • Add pomegranate seeds and grind again.
  • Add lemon juice and mix well.
  • Once done, add ice cubes to the glasses and pour the juice. Serve it immediately.
