Ragi Malt Recipe (Ragi Hurittu Recipe) – Best Exam Diet For Kids

Ingredients:

1. 2 tsps Ragi Hurittu (available in stores or can even be prepared by drying sprouted ragi seeds and 2. 2. grinding them into powder)
2. 1 glass of hot milk (skimmed milk)
3. 1 ' tsp sugar
4. Pinch of cardamom (optional)

Ragi Malt Preparation :

1. Mix all the ingredients in milk and the tasty ragi malt is ready.
If your child doesn't like milk, the ragi hurittu can be mixed with ghee and sugar, taste very yum and is very healthy.
