Avarekai Dosa Recipe -
Ingredients:
1. 1 cup Avarekai (boiled)
2. 1/4 cup carrot (grated)
3. 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
4. 3-4 green chilies
5. 2 cup moong dal
6. 2 cup urad dal
7. 1 cup rice flour
8. 1/2 tsp ginger (finely chopped)
9. Oil/ghee
10. Salt to taste
11. Pinch of sugarMethod:
Soak moong dal and urad dal for 2-3hrs and grind it with water into a smooth batter.
Add rice flour, salt, ginger, grated carrots, onion, avarekai, chillies, sugar with a teaspoon of oil.
Spread the batter (just like pancakes) evenly on hot pan and bake with a teaspoon of oil. Tasty and crispy avarekai dosa ready to serve.
Relish the Avarekai dosa hot with ghee and chutney.
