Ragda Patties : Delicious Indian Chaat

4 Bread slices

4 Potatoes, Boiled and mashed

1 tsp Coriander Leaves

1 tsp Meethi Chutney

1 tsp Green Chutney

1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder

1 tsp Chili Powder

2 tsp Onions, Chopped

1 Cup White Peas, Soaked for 4 hours

1 tsp Turmeric powder

1 tsp Amchoor (Dry Mango) Powder

1 tsp Garam Masala

Salt to taste


To Prepare Ragda (Gravy) :

Boil White Peas with Salt, Turmeric Powder, Amchoor Powder and Garam Masala till it forms a gravy.

To Prepare the Patties (Cutlet) :

Cut the edges of the Bread slices. Dip Bread Slices in Water, remove and squeeze out the water. Mix this with the mashed Potatoes with Ï¿e tsp of Salt. Divide into small balls and flatten each one to about Ï¿e cm. Sprinkle Oil on a frying pan and shallow-fry the Patties on both sides till done.

To Serve :

Arrange Patties on one side of a serving plate and pour the Ragda(gravy) on the other side. Garnish Ragda with Coriander leaves, Meethi Chutney, Green Chutney, Cumin powder, Chili powder and Chopped Onions and Serve.
