Beer Cheese Fondue: V Day Starters Recipe

Beer and cheese fondue recipe:
Ingredients
4 cups beer
1 small garlic clove, cut into two halves
9 oz grated cheese
5 oz grated cheddar cheese
1 ' tbsp all purpose flour
3 tsp pepper sauce
potato chips
Directions to make beer and cheese fondue starters recipe for valentine's day:
1. Heat a pan on medium flame and add garlic clove. Take out the garlic and then add beer. Slowly stir the beer in the pan and heat on medium or low flame.
2. In a bowl, mix the grated cheese and cheddar cheese together. Now add flour and mix well.
3. Add the cheese and flour mix in the beer pan stir constantly till it becomes fluffy and get bubbles.
4. Now add pepper sauce and stir well. Boil for 2 minutes and then add to the fondue pot and boil till it thickens. Pour it in bowls after boiling.
Beer and cheese fondue is ready to eat! Serve it hot and dip with meat or bread.
