Serves - 4

Cooking time - 10 minutes

Preparation time - 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Pudina leaves - 1 Cup
  • Curd - 250 ml
  • Coriander strands - 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies - 2
  • Mango powder (amchur powder ) - 1/4th teaspoon
  • Pepper - 1/4th teaspoon
  • Salt

Procedure:

  1. Wash the pudina and coriander leaves thoroughly under running tap water.
  2. Transfer this to a mixy jar.
  3. Then add curds, green chillies, amchur powder, pepper and salt.
  4. Add half a cup of water to it and grind it well.
  5. Filter the mixture.
  6. Then, tranfer it into a serving cup.
  7. For immediate serving, you can add ice.
  8. Else, keep it in the refrigerator and serve it chilled.
