Preparation time- 10 minutes
Cooking time- 5-6 minutes
All You Need
For masala
Pepper- ½ tbsp
Dry ginger- 1
Cardamom- 1 tbsp
Cinnamon- ½ tbsp
Whole cloves- 1-2 nos
Nutmeg- ¼
For Tea
Milk- ¾ glass
Water- ½ glass
Tea powder- ½ tbsp
Sugar- as per taste
Procedure
1. Crush the dry ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. You can powder them by grating thoroughly.
2. Now, add the spices in a mixer and blend them well. You will get the fresh and aromatic smell of spices when you open the mixer.
3. Now, mix the water and milk and let it boil. Once it is getting ready to boil, add the tea powder into it. Lower the flame and add 1 tbsp of the masala into the chai. Let it boil for a minute.
4. Now, filter it and serve the chai hot.
