Shrimp In Mayo Sauce

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • Prawns- 10 (medium sized)
  • Garlic cloves- 8 (minced)
  • Butter- 1tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese- 1 cube
  • Green onions- 4 (sliced)
  • Green chillies- 2 (chopped)
  • Pepper- 1tsp
  • Mushrooms- 4 (diced)
  • White wine- 1 cup
  • Mayonnaise- 1tbsp
  • Cilantro- 2 stalks (chopped)
  • Salt- as per taste

Procedure

  1. Melt some butter on a pan. Saute the shrimps in it directly.
  2. Add crushed garlic and green onions to the pan two minutes later.
  3. Toss and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Now add grated cheese to the pan along with mushrooms, green chillies, salt and pepper.
  5. Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add white wine and mayonnaise to the pan.
  7. Mix it up and cook while the gravy simmers on a low flame for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Garnish shrimps in mayo sauce with cilantro and toss it up with pasta or noodles.
