Yummy Fish Delight

Ingredients
Rohu Fish Pieces – 6
Chopped Tomato – 1
Onion paste - 3 tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tsp
Ginger chopped – small piece
Green chillies – 5
Turmeric powder - ' tsp
Jeera Powder – 2 tbsp
Dhania Powder – 2 tbsp
Tej Pata – 2
Elaichi – 5
Yogurt – 3 tbsp
Salt – Taste
Oil – As needed
Method
Wash the fish and pat dry.
Mix the fish with turmeric and salt.
Fry the fish and set aside
In the same oil, put tej pata and elaichi.
When they start crackling, add onion and ginger garlic paste.
When the onion is brown in colour, add tomatoes.
Saute it till it becomes a fine pulp.
Put jeera, dhania powder and mix grated ginger with yougurt and mix in the masala.
Put a bit of turmeric power, salt and water.
When the gravy comes to a boil, add the fried fish pieces
and keep it for 5 more mints.
Serve it with coriander garnishing.
