Grilled Lemon Chicken: Continental Recipe
This is a very healthy grilled chicken recipe as it does not make use of an excess of oil or strong spices. It is easy to digest and very favorable for your health.. In fact if you are following a diet for weight loss then this easy grilled chicken recipe will offer you the perfect combination of taste and health. As is common for all grilled foods, this dish will not pile inches on your waist or give you a dose of high calories. So good food does not always have to be unhealthy and this easy grilled chicken recipe proves that.
Ingredients For Grilled Lemon Chicken:
1. Chicken bone less 250 grams (cut into pieces of medium size)
2. Garlic 10 cloves (smashed roughly)
3. Lemon juice 4 table spoons
4. Ground Pepper 2 teaspoon
5. Butter 1 tablespoon
6. Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
7. Salt to taste
Procedure For Grilled Lemon Chicken:
- Marinate the chicken pieces with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, salt and most of the crushed garlic for about half an hour maximum. Even if you keep it for 10 minutes, it will be enough.
- Sprinkle ground pepper and cumin powder on it.
- Douse the chicken pieces with butter.
- Put the chicken pieces in a grilling pan and place it on the high rack of your microwave.
- Chose the combo option of convection and grill. Set the temperature at 640 degree centigrade.
- Grill the chicken for about 7 minutes; stop and turn the pieces around.
- Grill for another 5 minutes
- Meanwhile melt butter in a pan; add the rest of the lemon juice, garlic crush and some ground pepper to it and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the grilled chicken from the microwave rack and pour the lemon garlic sauce over it
Your grilled lemon chicken is ready to serve. Eat it piping hot with some garlic bread and cheese.
