Chicken Stir-Fry With Broccoli
We all love to pamper ourselves with delicious food. So, we here today to share a chinese recipe of chicken stir-fry with broccoli. This dish is a perfect meal for a gloomy weather out there as the ingredients are just perfect to pep you up.

Chilli Chicken Fried Rice Recipe
All You Need
- Broccoli Florets - 250gms
- Chicken - 500 gms
- Fat-Free Milk
- Maida - ¼ Cup
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper - ¼ tsp
- Nutmeg - A Pinch
- Mayonnaise - 1 Cup
- Tomato Sauce - 1 tsp
- Mushroom Soup - 1 Cup
- Cheese - 50 Gms
- Bell Pepper - 1
- Salt To Taste
Green Pepper Chicken Curry Recipe
Procedure:
- Add broccoli in a large pan and cook it for 5 mins, until it turns crisp and tender.
- Boil the chicken in a pan with some salt. Cook it on a medium flame for over 15 mins.
- After the chicken is cooled cut the chicken into small bite sized pieces.
- Mix both the chicken and strained broccoli and keep it aside to saute.
- Add milk, flour, salt, pepper, and pinch of nutmeg in a saucepan and mix well until it turns into a smooth paste.
- Cook this mixture for 2 mins while you constantly stir it. Set it aside from flame and let it cool.
- Add mayonnaise and cheese to the milk mixture and stir well .
- Add this mayonnaise mixture to the chicken and broccoli mixture and give it a gentle stir until all the ingredients are mixed well.
- Add chopped bell pepper to this mixture and garnish it.
- Cook this mixture for 5 mins on a low flame or until the chicken releases its juices.

Tip: If you love crisper broccoli then, make sure you remove it from the boiling water after 3 mins.
