Low Fat Chicken Curry With Curd Recipe

Chicken is one of the best meats you can consume when your thinking about weight loss. This afternoon, Boldsky shares with you simple chicken delight treat with curd.
The best thing about this recipe is the way the curd mixes with the gravy of the chicken. On the other hand, this chicken curry is low fat in nature, so there are no worries in thinking of how much calories you are putting on whilst enjoying the meal.
So, take a look at this simple low fat chicken curry recipe with curd.

Cooking Time: 25 minutes

All You Need
- Chicken - 1/2 kg
- Chilli Powder - 2tbsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
- Dhaniya Powder - 1 tbsp
- Ginger & Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Onion - 1 (chopped)
- Green Chilli - 1 (sliced)
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Water - 1 cup
- Curd - 1 cup
- Salt to taste
Procedure
- In a cooker, add oil. Wait for the oil to turn hot then add in the mustard seeds. When cooked, add in the green chillies and fry.
- After 2 seconds, add in the chopped onions and ginger & garlic paste. Fry them well.
- Now add in the chilli powder, turmeric powder and dhaniya powder & fry.
- Now add in the water and wait for the ingredients in the cooker to come to a boil.
- Add in the pieces of chicken to the cooker and close the lid. Pressure cook the chicken for 4 whistles and remove from flame.
- Now add the curd to the chicken and allow it to cook over a low flame for 5 minutes.
- Switch the flame off.

Tip
Boil the chicken for only 4 whistles and not more than that.
