Stir Fry Turkey For Thanksgiving 2011

Turkey is the traditional dish that makes thanksgiving even more special. The bird is the best tasting beast and is quite filling too. This recipe requires a stir fry sauce so either a homemade sauce or kikkoman sauce can be used for better taste.
Stir Fry Turkey – The Recipe For Thanksgiving 2011
Ingredients:
- 1 lb turkey breast (cubed)
- 3 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, spring onion, beans, baby corn, cauliflower, cabbage, all finely sliced)
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce and stir fry sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- Powdered pepper and salt according to taste
Stir Fry Turkey Preparation:
1. Clean and marinate turkey breast in soy sauce and sugar mixture (about 2 hours).
2. Heat the pan and add some oil. Add the marinated turkey mixture and stir fry for a while (upto 2 minutes or until change in colour).
3. Add all the boiled vegetable mixture (except cabbage), stir fry sauce, salt. pepper and mix well. Cook the mixture in high flame and keep stirring. Tasty stir fry turkey is ready.
