Ingredients:

  1. 1 tsp vinegar
  2. 8 eggs
  3. 4 croissants (halved and toasted)
  4. 1 cup tomato (sliced)
  5. 1 onion (sliced)
  6. 1/2 avocado (sliced)
  7. 8 slices crisp-cooked bacon
  8. Cheese Sauce
  9. Mustard Sauce
  10. Chopped Lettuce and sprouts

How To Make California Croissant?

1. Boil water in a pan and cook the eggs in the form of shallow cups upto 5 minutes (adding rock salt or vinegar will keep the white portion intact). Remove the boiled eggs from pan and drain it well.
2. In a plate, place the toasted croissant half, Spread lettuce, sliced tomatoes, avocado, onion and bacon on the croissant.
3. Add cooked eggs on the breads, top it with sauces and sprouts and your California Croissant is ready.
