Pouting and puckering your lips can give you more than just a good selfie. Pucker up your lips and hold it for a while. Shift the pucker from left side of your checks to the right side. Stop, and repeat the process as many times as you are comfortable.
Big O' Technique
Open your mouth as far and wide as possible, in a big O. Hold the position for 5 seconds, before closing your mouth and relaxing your jaw. Do the exercise for 5 to 10 minutes and increase the stretch of time as you are comfortable.
Dab on your favourite moisturizer. Place your middle and index finger over your cheek bones. Now gently stroke your cheeks in the upward direction towards your eyes. Alternatively, for added muscle toning, you can also open your mouth wide in an oval shape, while stroking your cheeks. Stop and repeat this method for ten minutes.
Sucking and Chewing Technique
Suck in your cheeks as far in as possible. Hold the posture as long as you are comfortable. Release and repeat the method for 10 to 15 times. Similarly, you can also try tilting your head towards the ceiling and make chewing motion with your mouth. This exercise will work to strengthen your cheek and jaw muscles.
