Facial Exercises For Chubby Cheeks

In our hurry to lose weight from our belly, hips and thighs, we never pay enough attention to facial fat. Chubby cheeks and a double chin are much more obvious and hard to get rid of than a muffin top and thunder thighs. You have to cut down a number of unhealthy habits like drinking, lack of sleep, smoking and binge eating as they all contribute to your chubby cheeks.

If you want to get those chiselled cheeks you have always dreamed of, then you have to do a few facial exercises for chubby cheeks. These facial exercises strengthen and tone the facials muscles.

Here are some facial exercises for chubby cheeks which focus on your mouth and cheeks.

Suck Cheeks

Suck Cheeks

The simplest facial exercise for chubby cheeks is sucking them in. Take care to keep your lips tightly closed while you do so. Hold this position for 1 minute. Return your cheeks to normal, and then repeat this facial exercise 10 times, at least thrice a day.

Smile

Smile

A great way to exercise your facial muscles is by stretching them into a wide grin. Lose your chubby cheeks by stretching your smile to its maximum and holding that position for at least one minute. Repeat this exercise for chubby cheeks as many times as possible throughout the day. This is a great way to lose weight on your cheeks and keep up your spirits throughout the day.

Chew Gum

You already know that chewing gum will freshen your breath and calm your nerves. But chewing gum is also a great facial exercise for cheeks. Your jaw will be strengthened and your facial muscles will be exerted when you repeatedly chew gum.

Cheek Lift

A great facial exercise for toning your chubby cheeks is to do the cheek lift. Try to lift your cheeks till your eyes as much as you can. You can use the corners of your mouth to lift your cheeks. Shutting your eyes will help you do the exercise with more ease.

Fish Lips

Fish Lips

Suck in your cheeks as much as you can until you are making the fish lips. Pucker out your top and bottom lips, imitating a fish. Try to hold this position while you try to smile. Hold the smile for 20 seconds and relax your facial muscles. Repeat this facial exercise for chubby cheeks at least 10 times, thrice a day.

Puffy Cheeks

Puffy Cheeks

This is a simple facial exercise for cheeks. First purse your lips and suck in your cheeks. Hold this position for some time and relax your muscles. Now suck in a breath of air and puff your lips out as much as you possibly can. Hold it for a few seconds and suck in your cheeks again. Alternate between the two and repeat this exercise 10 times.
