To find out the exact letter "M" on your palm, firstly one needs to find out the "Life Line". It starts from the palm's edge between the thumb and forefinger, as shown in the image, and it extends to the base of the thumb.
This line predicts your health and longevity.
Step 2:
Check out for the "Head Line", this is the line that starts from the palm's edge, between the thumb and forefinger, and cuts across the middle of the palm. It may look straight or a little curvy.

Look out for the "Heart Line" next, as it is the joining point to make the letter "M". It starts from the index finger and goes down to curve near your pinky finger.
