What is meditation? Well, there are many methods of meditation and many schools of thought. There are many opinions and many techniques to meditate. Without going into the complexity of those techniques, is there any simple way in which we can reap all the benefits of meditation?
Well, all of us are busy running towards our goals. Our ambitious nature and our daily life struggles have given us very less time to focus on calming down the tiresome mind. Is there any way out? Liberation is nothing but the realisation of these facts. Once a person reaches the higher states, there is no place for fear or greed in his heart. Such a person can live a life of true bliss. That is the true power of meditation.
