The Basic Difference Between Spirituality And Philosophy
Spirituality and Philosophy often go hand in hand as far as making people understand the meaning of life, death and the struggles they go through are concerned. While certain people call themselves spiritual, there are the others who take pride by mentioning that they are more inclined towards philosophy than spirituality. Most people fail to concretely comprehend the fundamental difference between philosophy and spirituality. Yes, there isn't any doubt that these two concepts are closely related, but there does exist this thin line that separates the both of them .

So what exactly is spirituality?
Spirituality is anything that makes you feel joyous and content about the kind of life you are living at the moment. It helps you find peace and lets you deal with life's innumerable situations with a clear head and a strong mind that doesn't give up that easily. It does focus on the concept of meditation. At the end of the day, spirituality gives you deep insight about what life is and what the exact purpose of your life is.
In its fundamental essence, spirituality seeks to awaken hidden insight about life and not to mention, death.
What is Philosophy Then?
Now, in order to be spiritual, you don't have to embrace a particular faith or believe. Meaning, your way of life itself will define the spiritual element you embrace. You are not confined to an already existent belief system. You have the freedom to choose your own path.
Now coming to philosophy, there are of course numerous philosophies expounded by numerous scholars. Philosophy basically requires you to be logical. Some philosophies promote the idea og spirituality in order to allow humans to reach the depths of their minds in tackling life's most basic questions.
Philosophy is basically logic. People who have propounded a particular type of philosophy have most probably been spiritual in away. While spirituality requires you to have faith and believe, philosophy shows you that there exist these certain facts that can surely be believed- just have faith and all can be achieved
