Smile Education In Schools
Bangalore, : Now a new therapy not only for your better health but also for self-realisation:Smile Meditation- that stresses practising 'original' smile from body, mind and spiritualising Yoga.
Mr Park Jae Woo, who is the inventor of Smile Meditation told UNI here today that 'Smile Meditation', uses Yoga techniques of body postures and breathing and helps in gaining a pure smile which contributes to the purpose of living in harmony with the world.
Laugh and smile look similar but they are quite different life phenomenon, he said.
''Laugh is an expression of emotion while smile is an expression of reason and soul,'' he said.
Practising a vigorous and bright smile with yoga techniques even while walking, working and sleeping also helps to maintain better health by getting rid of many sufferings, he said.
Mr Woo, who invented the 'Smile Meditation' in 2003, during his stay in Varanasi, said he had demonstrated it in several countries and it had helped in transforming the characters of people, including criminals.
He stressed the need to introduce Smile Education in schools, work places and prisons for self-development and self-realisation.
Smile Education could be cultivated even among unborn babies with the mother establishing a smile dialogue with foetus. This helps a baby to have a healthy smile.
Mr Woo, who has developed several alternative health therapies like Sujok, Twist therapy and Seed therapy said that all these therapies are effective in preventing, treating and curing any dreaded disease, including cancer and AIDS if one believed in the ultimate force.
