When Mr Right Is Not Right Anymore..

Every girl grows up with the notion of a 'Mr. Right'. He is usually the rockstar of High School and yet he leaves all the prom queens behind for you. Your Mr Right is that guy who pulls a chair for you and takes you for candlelight dinners even on your 10th anniversary. In short, Mr Right is not a person but an idea that can be best described as a fantasy.

Most of us find our Mr Right in life and therefore get married. But once things get settled, we wake up from our lovey-dovey daze and realise that this is not what we had dreamt about. Men change just as women do. You may think that your guy is just perfect but he too will change eventually.

So, you may have found your Mr Righ but what will you do when you find him changed? Here are some ways to save your relationship when your Mr Right is not right for you anymore. .

Dreamum-Wakeupum: These are the first words of a popular Bollywood item number. The next two words are 'critical conditionum'. This clearly gives you a message that you must wake up from your dream before the condition of your relationship becomes critical.

Let go of the fantasy: Only if you can let go of your fantastic ideas about a Mr Right will you manage to be happy in your life. You must realise that there is no such thing as perfection in this world.

Accept changes: Change is the only constant thing in this universe. It is true that men change but so do women. If you ask him, you too are not his Dream Girl anymore. How does that feel? It hurts right? Well it hurts him too.

Better than your dream: Change is not always for the worst. In fact, your guy might become more responsible with age. He may not be the same romantic sweetheart that you wished for but it is more important for him to be responsible and decent. In many ways, men can change for the better.

Bring the interest back: Sometimes a change in you can bring back your Mr Right. May be you have stopped dressing up for him or cooking for him with the enthusiasm. As a result, he too might have taken the relationship for granted. May be you need to change back to your old self and the man you loved will come back.
