Briton Spouses Not Happy Under One Roof
A new research has found out that, in Britain, spouses are stressed out when they are together but are tension free during their office hours.
They claim that, when they are together they are worried about their earnings, their looks, body etc. hence they find no peace with their spouse but when it comes to their official life, they don't experience any stress, they find official things more easy to handle.
The research has brought out that 58 percent find staying with partner stressful and the rest 43 percent vice-versa.
Philips Health and Wellbeing Index report conducted a study on 3000 women and found out that 49 percent worry about their weight and the rest 27 percent about their earnings. Reports by The Scotsman also reiterated that women worry more about obesity than cancer.
The other side of the coin too seems the same. Even men are equally worried about their earnings and health. Many believed that their health was getting worse as the time passed. They thought that they had a better health five years ago.
Katy Hartley, director of The Philips Centre for Health and Wellbeing, said: "The picture that emerges from the Philips Health and Wellbeing Index is a nation unhappy with its health and wellbeing but confident that the worst will not happen to them."
Hence it's proved that both men and women get anxious about their health and salary when they are together and office eases the tension.
