However, it is very imperative to check whether you are having the right intake of healthy drinks or not. Thus, before including any kind of drinks in your diet, just make sure you are drinking right. The reason is whatever you gulp down can affect your unborn baby's development.

Lemonade, or the Indian Nimbu Paani, is a perfect drink to have in your pregnancy. Lemonade abounds with Vitamin C, which aids your system to absorb the iron content in a more effective way. Lemonade also keeps your body hydrated. You can enjoy lemonade any time of the day or even along with your lunch. If you have morning sickness, nothing can be better than a refreshing lemonade with some ginger (grated), a few mint leaves and some chat masala.
