Reduce The Intake Of Salt: Reducing the intake of salt helps to lower the blood pressure. Too much of salt can spike the blood pressure level. Hence, avoiding the sodium consumption can drop the blood pressure level significantly.
Manage Stress: Pregnancy causes hormonal shifts, physical and psychological changes in the body. Therefore, managing the stress levels can keep the blood pressure level in check. You could opt for easy stretches and exercises to manage stress. However, do consult a doctor before opting for any physical activity.

Yoga: Prenatal yoga is recommended to control the blood pressure level. Relaxation techniques of yoga can help reduce stress and in turn reduce the blood pressure level. Meditation is one such practice that all pregnant women must adhere to for a better pregnancy experience.
