Today, Boldsky will share with you some beauty changes in pregnancy. Have a look at some of the skin changes during pregnancy.

Skin Pigmentation During Pregnancy
Almost all pregnant women develop skin pigmentation on cheeks and nose. Medically this is called as miasma. This is caused due to increased level of estrogen hormones that increase melanin production in skin.

Acne And Pimples
This also occurs under the influence of hormones during pregnancy. Clean your face with a milk face wash and avoid using medicated acne creams. These changes in face during pregnancy are common.

Dark Circles
During the last trimester of pregnancy you can have this problem as you can't get proper and enough sleep due to improper sleeping position. You can rub some potato slices under your eyes daily to remove them.

Rough Hands
It may happen in the initial stages of pregnancy that your smooth hands will get red, dry and some what cracked. You can use a petroleum jelly on your hands at bed time to make them soft. Avoid chemical creams.

Puffy Eyes
As your baby grows it puts weight on blood vessels of abdomen and legs. This results in slow blood circulation and water retention to cause puffy eyes and swollen feet. Try to rest and avoid standing a lot to avoid more pressure on blood vessels. This is one of the common beauty changes in pregnancy.

Stretch Marks
They mostly occur in your belly due to stretching of your muscles around the waist and stomach. Avoid using stretch marks cream available in market as they are harmful for your baby. Instead use a natural oil such as olive oil to massage on the area.

Finger Nails
After the fourth month of pregnancy, there will be rapid growth of your finger nails but they break easily as they are soft. This happens due to pregnancy hormones. You can rub a garlic over your nails to make them strong.

Dry Lips
This may be a sign that you are not taking enough water during your pregnancy. It is a must to take fluids so that there will be no dehydration.

Moles And Spots Become Prominent
Moles, spots, birth marks and some scars that are already present on your skin become darker, larger and more prominent on your skin during pregnancy. You must talk to your doctor if they are more changes in your moles.

Skin Rashes
This is due the heat produced in your body during pregnancy. This may cause excessive sweating and rash on your skin. You can have lots of water to overcome this. This is one of the annoying skin changes during pregnancy.
